Here is my first artwork contributed for Monkey King Tribute show @ Q pop!
It was really a good experience to paint this, i wish i could attend the show opening last Sat in LA.   Thank Patrick again to introduced me to the show. Lots of fun.

The BG is done by acrylic on watercolor paper with gesso, and then scan it into digital.

keep painting in Photoshop.

re-adjust all the laayer to get the effect i like.

Sorry that I haven't been updated my art blog for long long time.....since I removed to new apartment in Feb 2012. OK. I am getting very busy on the comic projects, produce 180 pages in 3 months at the same time I have to direct a new animated future film....anyway i will work harder to start draw again.
